Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) of the Brown & Polson Love Me or Your Money Back - Money Back Guarantee Promotion (the “Promotion”) carefully. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and by participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms. Please retain a copy for your information. These Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
The Promoter and the Fulfilment Provider

Premier Foods Group Limited of Premier House, Centrium Business Park Griffiths Way, St. Albans, United Kingdom, AL1 2RE is the “Promoter”.

Umbrella Risk Management Limited at Dodwell House, Chilton Business Centre, Chilton, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, HP18 9LS is the “Fulfilment Provider”.
Eligibility and Claim Requirements

The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. The Promotion is not open to employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies, or to any of their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or to anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.

The Promotion is applicable on Love Me or Your Money Back - Money Back Guarantee branded promotional packs of:
- Brown & Polson Original Patent Cornflour x 500g (“500g Pack”);
- Brown & Polson Original Patent Cornflour x 250g (“250g Pack”);
(together the “Promotional Products”).

The Promotion is only applicable on purchases of Promotional Products made during the applicable “Promotion Period” being between 00.01 on 8 September 2025 and 23.59 on 7 September 2026 for 500g Packs and from 00:01 on 20 October 2025 to 23:59 on 7 September 2026 for 250g Pack. Claims for Promotional Products purchased outside of the Promotion Period are not eligible and will not be accepted.

Claims for refunds of the purchase price* paid must be submitted in accordance with clause 10 below and by no later than 23.59 on 22 September 2026 (the “Closing Redemption Date”).
*Refunds will only be processed for the purchase price paid, up to a maximum of £4.35 for the 500g Pack and £2.39 for the 250g Pack

Please retain itemised purchase receipt and Promotional Product packaging; these will be required for your claim. Claims without an upload of your receipt and Promotional Product Packaging will not be accepted.

Participants are required to have access to the internet, a valid email address and UK bank account in order to be eligible for the Promotion.

Participating retailers are participating supermarkets and stores based in the UK that stock the Promotional Products containing the Love Me or Your Money Back - Money Back Guarantee. Promotion valid on purchases of Promotional Products made in-store and where applicable, online with a participating retailer.
How to Claim

If you are not satisfied with your Promotional Product then, to submit a claim for a refund, visit www.brownandpolsonMBG.co.uk during the Promotion Period and, by no later than the Closing Redemption Date follow the instructions to:

Enter your name, email address, mobile number, UK bank account details, the Promotional Product you purchased, and the price you paid for the Promotional Product.

Provide a 15+ word statement explaining why you are not satisfied with the Promotional Product;

Upload a photo or scan of your original itemised purchase receipt or online delivery invoice for validation together with a clear photo of your Promotional Product packaging. The uploaded receipt must clearly show (i) the Promotional Product purchased, (ii) the price paid and the currency used for the purchase, and (iii) the date of purchase. The file uploads submitted must comply with the file requirements (below)*; and

Submit your application.
*File requirements: photo uploads must be no larger than 10MB and must be in .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .webp, .heic, or .pdf format.

Claims will be reviewed to ensure that they meet these Terms. If your claim is verified, then the purchase price paid for the Promotional Product will be paid to your valid UK bank account within 28 days of the date you submit the claim. Refunds will only be made via a valid UK bank account in the name of the applicant. Please ensure your name is typed correctly and matches the name of the account holder. Bank transfer payment will be administered by the Fulfilment Provider.

Maximum of one claim per Promotional Product per person. Maximum one claim per receipt. For the avoidance of doubt, if more than the permitted number of claims in this clause are received from the same email address or bank account, then such claims will be invalid and will not be processed.

Claims made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any claim duplication method or bulk entries will not be accepted.

If in the Promoter’s opinion, a claim has been made illegally, fraudulently or, otherwise than in accordance with these Terms or the spirit of the Promotion, then that claim will be invalid and will not be processed and, any future claims made via the individual, email address and/or bank account may also be rejected, at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

If following a review of your claim in accordance with clause 11, the claim cannot be verified (i.e. the claim does not comply with these Terms or, the receipt upload is not legible or, does not show all of the information for example), then you will be notified by email within 14 days and will be provided with an explanation of why your claim was unsuccessful and, if relevant, directed to further information and contact details where you can get help on how to submit a valid claim.
Data Protection and Marketing

By submitting a claim, you acknowledge that any personal information provided by you with your claim may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents (including the Fulfilment Provider) and their sub-contractors, solely for the purpose of enabling the Promoter to administer this Promotion (i.e. assess the validity of your claim and process your refund etc.). Please see our Promotion Privacy Notice for full details on how we collect and handle your personal information. The Promotion Privacy Notice does not, other than as expressly stated therein, provide information on how third-party applications or service providers collect and handle your personal information and you should review their privacy notice, separately.
Data Protection and Marketing

By participating in the Promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by (i) these Terms and, to the extent applicable (ii) the Premier Foods Group Limited website general terms of use: and (iii) the Promotion privacy policy. Any entries that do not comply in full with these Terms and the applicable terms set out in this clause will be disqualified.

Any decision of the Promoter as to eligibility to take part in the Promotion or the validity of any claim in this Promotion will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims that are incomplete, delayed, lost, damaged or unreadable whether due to failure or non-availability of the website, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or the submission of incomplete information or any other reason.

The Promoter reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers necessary.

The Promoter cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and to the extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. Claimants in this promotion agree that, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will have no liability whatsoever for any loss, cost or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from this Promotion. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Promoter's liability in respect of (i) death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence (ii) fraud or (iii) any other liability that cannot be restricted or limited by law. Nothing in these Terms will affect your statutory rights.

The Promotion and these Terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
